It is possible for your card to get stuck in an ATM regardless if you have entered the correct PIN or not. It is not possible to reactivate a terminated card. However, you can easily purchase a new card directly through the NassPay app. Simply go to the Cards section in the app and follow the steps to order a new card.

Your PIN code is a 4-digit numeric security code that you can set in-app when activating your NassPay Visa card. You must remember it, to authorise in-store transactions and ATM withdrawals. We advise you to change and update your PIN constantly from the NassPay app as an extra security measure.

To order a standard card, follow these steps:

1. Open the NassPay app and tap on “Cards”
2. Tap on “Add new card”
3. Press "Continue" and choose the "Standard Card" option
4. Ensure you have sufficient funds, then tap “Get standard”
5. Check your name if correct and press “Confirm”
6. Select your preferred delivery method
7. Choose your delivery address and tap “Next”
8. Confirm the delivery address and press “Pay”
9. Enter your Passcode to complete your order
10. Once received, tap on “Activate Card”
11. Enter your Reference number or scan the delivered QR code associated with the NassPay Visa card to activate your card
